Alleged abduction of Police Inspector: Ogun monarch, 4 others remanded in prison on november 08, 2013 at 9:30 am in news By DAUD OLATUNJI ABEOKUTA — An Ogun State Magistrate’s Court sitting in Ado-Odo in the Ado-Odo-Ota Local Government Area of Ogun State has remanded a traditional ruler, Chief Mufutau Obabiyi and four others in prison for alleged attempted murder and abduction of a Police Inspector, Mulero Joseph and one Morufu Sumonu. The traditional ruler, who is the village head of Alapoti community in Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area of state, was arraigned along four other persons before Ado-Odo Magistrate’s Court by the Police on a three-count charge of conspiracy, felony and kidnap.
