2015: APC gov aspirant assures Deltans of transparency

ASABA—A gubernatorial aspirant on the platform of All Progressives Congress, APC, Chief Fidelis Tilije, has assured the people of Delta State of accountability and transparency, if given the opportunity to be the next governor of the state.
Chief Tilije, who gave this assurance at the state party secretariat, Asaba, during his expression of interest to the state party executive to contest the forth coming governorship election in the state, called on the three senatorial districts to give him their mandate as the next governor of Delta State.
Tilije explained that from 2009 that he contested election as a running mate to Chief Great Ogboru, he had never betrayed or sold out for peanuts, saying he would transform and bring the state to place of envy.

Every judge I sacked got fair hearing —Mukhtar

ABUJA— The retired Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Justice Aloma Mukhtar, yesterday, denied using her former position to witch-hunt judges who had personal issues with her. *Aloma Mariam Mukhtar Speaking at a valedictory court session organised in her honour by the Supreme Court, yesterday, Justice Mukhtar, whose tenure as CJN witnessed the sack of seven judges, said she ensured that all sacked judges got fair hearing. Queen of Versailles' Stars' Daughter Victoria Siegel Dead at 18

The teenage daughter of Queen Of Versailles stars David 80 and Jackie Siegel 49, has been found dead at the family's luxury Florida mansion. 18 year old Victoria Siegel was found unresponsive by sheriff's deputies at the Seagull Island mansion on Green Island Cove just after 2 p.m. on Saturday and performed CPR on Siegel. She was discovered by the family housekeeper and was rushed to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, where she was pronounced dead. The family and their extravagant lifestyle gained international attention after the release of the 2012 documentary The Queen Of Versailles Investigators are working with the medical examiner to determine cause and manner of death, but it is rumoured  that she died of a drug overdose.
