Gunmen kill Gov. Al-Makura’s driver in wife’s presence

Gunmen suspected to be Fulani, yesterday, killed Mr. Abdullahi Ozegya Mairuwa, one of the drivers of Governor Umaru Tanko Almakura of Nasarawa State along Obi Keana Awe Road.
Mairuwa, in the company of his wife, Salamatu, during a visit to his home town, Keana, in Keana local government area of the state, was shot twice on the chest at about 8:30am at Tudun Adabu village.
The gunmen were said to have told the wife not to panic as they were only after the husband’s life.
Confirming the incident, Nasarawa State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Numan Isaila, said the command deployed its officers to recover the body of the deceased as investigations were on to uncover the killers.

Queen of Versailles' Stars' Daughter Victoria Siegel Dead at 18

The teenage daughter of Queen Of Versailles stars David 80 and Jackie Siegel 49, has been found dead at the family's luxury Florida mansion. 18 year old Victoria Siegel was found unresponsive by sheriff's deputies at the Seagull Island mansion on Green Island Cove just after 2 p.m. on Saturday and performed CPR on Siegel. She was discovered by the family housekeeper and was rushed to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, where she was pronounced dead.
