Jimi Agbaje, best man for Lagos — Group

AHEAD of 2015 governorship election in Lagos State, a socio-political group, the Eko Initiative, EI, yesterday, threw its weight behind the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, flag-bearer, Jimi Agbaje, saying he remained the best candidate to take Lagos to the next level. In a statement, coordinator of the group, Mr. Sumbo Onitiri, said the emergence of Akinwunmi Ambode as the flag-bearer of the All Progressives Congress, APC, had reduced the governorship contest to a two-horse race, insisting that Agbaje would give the ruling party APC, a run for its money. He said: “Following the emergence of Akinwunmi Ambode, as the candidate of the APC, and Jimi Agbaje as the candidate of PDP, there is no doubt that Agbaje is the only candidate that can wrest power from the APC, which has been ruling the state since 1999, thus putting an end to the Tinubu dynasty. “Agbaje has already been given the nod by representatives of 12 political parties in the state, who have closed ranks with PDP and the EKO Initiatives to adopt him as their candidate. With this adoption, we believe that Agbaje is the right choice for Lagosians.”

Queen of Versailles' Stars' Daughter Victoria Siegel Dead at 18

The teenage daughter of Queen Of Versailles stars David 80 and Jackie Siegel 49, has been found dead at the family's luxury Florida mansion. 18 year old Victoria Siegel was found unresponsive by sheriff's deputies at the Seagull Island mansion on Green Island Cove just after 2 p.m. on Saturday and performed CPR on Siegel. She was discovered by the family housekeeper and was rushed to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, where she was pronounced dead. The family and their extravagant lifestyle gained international attention after the release of the 2012 documentary The Queen Of Versailles Investigators are working with the medical examiner to determine cause and manner of death, but it is rumoured  that she died of a drug overdose.
