Ndokwa council boss reads riot act to dept heads

HEADSof Departments in Ndokwa East Local Government Area have been told to key into the development vision of the present leadership of the council to enable the people benefit optimally from the transformation agenda of the local administration. Chairman of the council, Mrs. Nkechi Chukwurah, gave the charge during the maiden interactive session with the Heads of Departments and other principal officers of the council at the headquarters in Aboh. Mrs. Chukwurah told the principal officers that her administration was irrevocably committed to the speedy transformation of the entire area, saying she was prepared to make a difference in the areas of provision of social infrastructure, economic empowerment and improved healthcare. She solicited their support and cooperation, insisting that it would no longer be business as usual, just as she explained that under the present dispensation the collective development aspiration of the people should be the guiding principle in the performance of their official duties. Responding, the Head of Personnel Management, Mr. Oguafor Basil, assured the council boss of their support at all times. He said they would work for the socio-economic transformation and empowerment of the rural area.

Every judge I sacked got fair hearing —Mukhtar

Queen of Versailles' Stars' Daughter Victoria Siegel Dead at 18

The teenage daughter of Queen Of Versailles stars David 80 and Jackie Siegel 49, has been found dead at the family's luxury Florida mansion. 18 year old Victoria Siegel was found unresponsive by sheriff's deputies at the Seagull Island mansion on Green Island Cove just after 2 p.m. on Saturday and performed CPR on Siegel. She was discovered by the family housekeeper and was rushed to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, where she was pronounced dead. The family and their extravagant lifestyle gained international attention after the release of the 2012 documentary The Queen Of Versailles Investigators are working with the medical examiner to determine cause and manner of death, but it is rumoured  that she died of a drug overdose.
